It is a lot easier, and sometimes even more cost-effective, to replace a complete electric drum brake assembly than to buy the individual parts needed to rebuild them. We have electric drum brakes for many axle weight capacities and in many sizes to match your hub/drums.
Most likely you have either 10 x 2-1/4-inch or 12 x 2-inch brakes (and hub/drums) on your 2008 KZ Sportsman travel trailer. These are the most popular sizes used in travel trailers.
If you refer to the linked photo you will see a hub drum and how to measure yours. You also want to confirm the axle weight capacity; this can appear on a sticker or plate right on the axle beam or you may find it on the trailer's main identification plate or in your RV's documentation. You want to be sure to match up the axle weight capacity, brake dimensions and brake flange mounting bolt pattern, which is typically a 4-bolt for a 10-inch brake a 5-bolt for a 12-inch.
For the best value in a set of left and right self-adjusting brake units I suggest these kits:
# AKEBRK-7-SA for 12 x 2 brakes for axles rated from 5200- to 7000-lbs
# AKEBRK-35-SA for 10 x 2-1/4 brakes for axles rated for 3500-lbs
