Can You Use MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Correct Track with Longer Shackles for More Lift

Question:

I have purchased a Correct Track alignment system to basically raise my fifth wheel a few inches. I want to replace the pins as well so I can lubricate the system. After looking at this part number, Im wondering if I can use it with 2 1/2inch shackles to get even more more lift. These new 2500 4x4 trucks are so high, my trailer tows pin high and I need to level it a bit. Already upgraded to 16inch wheels, with 85 series tires which helped a little, but I need to go a little more.

There are two different MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kits for trailers with a Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit, part # MR58ZR for 2-1/4" or part # MR98ZR for 3-1/8". You'll need to measure your shackle straps and go with the one above that matches either of the two. You'll need to go with the same length you have now to avoid the shackles from flipping or binding.

If you require more lift, I recommend adjustments to the fifth wheel hitch and or pin box as there is not much else you can do to change the height of the trailer considering what you have done already.
