Since your equalizer is larger than the 6" that the Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizer Kit # LC696740 requires I have another recommendation for you.
The Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-653-00 will upgrade the equalizer on your 2019 Forest River Sandpiper 389RD. This kit will also include replacement wet bolts with bronze bushings to replace the standard bolts that have plastic bushings that come standard. The wet bolts will allow you to add grease regularly to ensure your suspension works smoothly. The equalizer is 7-11/16" from bolt hole to bolt hole on the bottom 2 holes and 2-7/8 to the top bolt hole. It is designed to replace equalizers from 7-1/4" to 8-1/4" wide.
The Cordless Grease Gun # PT57VR will make adding LubriMatic LMX Industrial Strength Grease # L11390 very simple. The grease gun has a 42" long flexible hose that will allow you to reach the tight places. And the LMX grease is designed for extreme heat and temperatures to protect the moving parts. It forms a bond to steel parts to ensure they are lubricated and resists breakdown from water.
