The only hitch that would work for you is a weld-on such as the Curt # 15903. This is a universal hitch that is a Class V with a 2" receiver and works with frames that are between 18" and 61". I have attached a link to the installation instructions for you to take a look at.

I went to the warehouse and measured the receiver of the Curt V Universal Weld-on Receiver Hitch # 15903 and found it was roughly 4-1/2 inches.
