How to Find Lock Number of Yakima SKS Lock Cores to Replace Key
Question:
How do I find the SKS Yakima key number if Ive lost my key, and have 4 core locks. Is it printed somewher on the core lock?

Expert Reply:
The lock number is stamped on the side of the lock core. Take a look at the picture I've attached. To get the lock core out you need a control key, part # Y8007835. Once you have the lock number you can order the corresponding key. To find a key by its number search out site for # Y8772-#### where the #### is the key number. For example if your key number is A136 use part # Y8772-A136.
In order for the control key to be used on your lock cores they must already be unlocked.
