The Curt Class I Sport Frame Receiver Hitch # C92UR referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2017 Honda Accord if it is the sedan or hatchback, and it does not feature the center exhaust. This Class I hitch has a 1-1/4 inch opening and a tongue weight capacity of 200 pounds.
We do have some motorcycle carriers available, however they are all designed to fit into higher-rated, 2 inch hitch receivers. Most likely, the combined weight of a motorcycle carrier and motorcycle will exceed the weight limits of both this hitch and your vehicle. There is not a higher-rated trailer hitch available for your Honda Civic.
Your best option to transport your motorcycle will likely be with a small trailer like the Detail K2 # K2MMT5X7. I recommend taking a look at the owners manual for your Civic for any restrictions and limits as far as towing a trailer.
If you decide to go this route, you can use the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118686 as long as you have the sedan model. This custom harness will install by connecting to factory ports behind the driver and passenger side tail lights. This will give you a 4-Way connector to connect with and power a trailer's basic signal lights.
To tow a trailer, you will also need a ball mount and hitch ball. I have attached an article that explains how to choose the best ball mount for your setup, along with a link that will take you to our available selection.
