The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3200 has a dual jaw that sounds like may be what you are asking about. The dual jaw design better wraps around the king pin for more king pin contact to reduce jarring and chucking when compared to a slide bar coupler. I've attached a video review of this hitch to assist.

The head has the two handles that you lift up to remove the head and access the pivoting arms as well as gives you an option to move the hitch in 2 parts for less weight. The cam action handle for the king pin coupling provides a secure connection and is integrated into the hitch head. I'm a little confused at what you consider the other coupler. If you mean the positioning of the pivot arms, the product page will show you the 3 positions from the cab available and the 4 height options that go with each one.

If you want to clarify the question further, I'd be happy to assist with more specifics.
