Expert Reply:
The Replacement Trunnion and Pin for Reese 600 and 800 lb Trunnion Style Weight Distribution # 58098 is very similar to the Replacement Trunnion for Pro Series weight distribution 700 lb TW # 113397. You are correct that they both accept 1-1/8 inch trunnion bars, but they have a difference of 8 degrees in angle so they are not compatible with the same head according to my tech contact at Reese.
The Pro Series 113397 is no longer available only compatible with the Head 49578 which has also been discontinued. The Reese # 58098 is compatible with the Reese # 58333 or # RP58167 heads.
