According to my research, the rear view camera on your 2017 Honda CR-V is located just above the license plate. This means that pretty much all rear mounted bike racks whether that be a hitch or trunk mount will partially block the rear camera. This is not to say that the rack will not work or cause problems on the vehicle but you will just have limited visibility while reversing through the monitor. In order to use a hitch mounted bike rack you will also need a hitch if you do not already have one and for that I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76128 which is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver tube opening. Then for a bike rack, I recommend the Thule Doubletrack Pro XT Bike Rack part # TH92BJ. The Doubletrack is a very popular bike rack with padded arms to protect the bikes frame, adjustable wheels cradles for fitment on multiple different wheelbases, and a folding feature for storage while not in use. It also comes with locks for both the rack and vehicle. I have attached an install video of the hitch.
