How To Install The Rear Jacks For Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Leveling System

Question:

In the install manual it states the rear jack mounting brackets must be welded to the frame. Can these mounting brackets be drilled and bolted to the frame instead of welding?...please advise...thanks.

Yes. The Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Leveling System, Item # LC358590, can have the jacks welded or bolted-on. The rear jacks can be bolted-on 8 inch, 10 inch, or 12 inch frames with included brackets. Drilling will be required to install the rear jacks. You will also need to mount the included sensor for the rear jacks on a crossmember near them.

If you have some basic tools available and some mechanical skill then you should not have any problems with the installation.
