In order to install this Tekonsha PRIMUS IQ Electronic Brake Controller, # TK90160, onto your 1995 Chevy C/K Series Truck you will first need a 4-way trailer connection at the rear of your vehicle if you do not have one already.
For a 4-way you would need a Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, # 118315. I attached installation instructions for this product for you to check out.
Once you have a 4-way, or if you already have one, you will need to install a Brake Controller 7 and 4 Way Installation Kit, # ETBC7. This will provide you with a 7-way connector that will allow you to operate the brakes of your trailer with the # TK90160.
Once this is installed you will be ready to install the # TK90160. Basically you will need to hook the four wires up from this product to your vehicle. The blue wire will run back to the 7-way connector. The red wire will run to the stoplight switch of your tow vehicle. The black wire will run to the battery through a circuit breaker. Finally, the white wire will run to the negative side of your battery through a circuit breaker.
I attached an FAQ article on wiring a vehicle for a brake controller from scratch for you to check out also.
