I have a 2017 Forest River, Surveyor, 26, dual axle, 6100 lb trailer empty. Do you recommend Lippert Center Point Air-Ride Suspension Upgrade?

The Lippert Components Center Point by Trailair Air-Ride Suspension Upgrade # LC1565391 referenced in your question will work very well on your tandem axle Forest River Surveyor Trailer.
This will provide you with an extremely smooth ride and improved towing experience, as the two air bags will absorb road shock and chucking. An added benefit to this kit is that it will also raise the trailer by 2 inches, giving you a bit more ground clearance. Just note that this system is only for use with double-eye leaf springs.
