Transmission Cooler Fitting Adapter Recommendation for 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan

Want to install transmission cooler D13503 on a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan. In the video it says to use part # D13035 to connect the radiator to the rubber hose going to the cooler. At the bottom of the video there is a note that says: The Derale Insta-dapt radiator adapter fits most vehicles with 5/16inch transmission lines, but not all. In some cases, additional fittings or alteration of the OEM lines or hoses may be required for installation. Is there any way to know for sure if this is the part I need for my vehicle before taking it apart Thanks

When we installed the Derale transmission cooler part # D13503 on a very similar 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan we found that we had to use the adapter part # D13035 that you mentioned. Since your vehicle will be virtually identical you'll need the adapter as well.
