Correct Awning Width for 152" Slider
Question:
I have read your answer for the solera slide awning my total width is 152” you suggest I use a 156” unit will the brackets Make up the other 4” over hang. Thanks

To get full coverage you are going to want to use a fabric size that is at least 2-1/2 inches beyond each side of your slide box and the brackets will be a part of the overhang, which is why you need at least 6 inches of clearance on both sides of the box.
For a 152 inch slide out I recommend using a 13-1/2 foot slide awning, # LCV000168109 (black) or # LCV000163300 (white). These awnings are 162 inches wide and designed to be used with a box that has a width between 152 inches and 157-3/4 inches.
