Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2009 Toyota Highlander Hybrid with Full Sized Spare

1. What is the best anti-rattle device I can buy (that actually works) for the 13534 hitch? 2. There are 3 wiring harnesses shown for my vehicle. My car's spec. sheet states: Which wiring package is the correct choice #118449, #C56217 or HM11141845 and, what is the difference between the three:

For your 2009 Toyota Highlander Hybrid that has the full size 19 inch spare you'd want the Curt hitch part # 13534 as it is the one that fits the best with the large spares like what you have. If you check out the picture I attached you'll see a full sized spare stowed under the vehicle with the hitch installed.
