Scissor jacks are a simple and cost-effective way to stabilize a trailer. A scissor jack set such as # UF48-979002 or one of the others shown on the linked page do require a bit of hand-cranking but the trade-off is excellent value and simplicity.
You will want to select scissor or drop-leg jacks that give you the height range that is appropriate for the specific trailer height. You can refer to the linked article for more information on various types of jacks.
