2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Roof Rack Recommendation for 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Non E Group Rails  

Question:

After reading through a bunch of QandA I want to make sure Im on the right page. I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the full black rails down the side, there is no chrome cut out so I have the Non E group rails. Are there any other options to mount a Yakima rack on the rails? I dont want to use the Base Clip kit and attach by the door jams, really looking to mount on top of the rails. I have the round bars, and Yakima Control towers that were attached to the landing pad #6 on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler hard top, and I would like to reuse the towers and bars. Thanks for your help

Due to the roof design of your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee the only roof rack solutions we have require clips that mount to the door frame. You'll have to use the Baseline feet part # Y00146, the BaseClip fit kit part # Y06121 (quantity of 2), and then the roundbar adapter part # Y03536 to reuse your crossbars like the # Y00408.
