Tips for Preventing Trailer Sway with Trailer Loading and Leveling

I have 7 ton equalizer hitch for my t.t. Is there a extra anti sway control that will work extra with this set up ... We fish tailed Jan 3 this year and never want to go though that again And also what are your thoughts yukon and forest river 200mble surveyor t.t.

If you are experiencing crazy sway with your trailer setup there are two things you should check first. Make sure the trailer is sitting as level as possible and make sure you have as much cargo weight as far forward in the trailer as possible. Ideally you want your tongue weight to be between 10 and 15 percent of the total trailer weight.
Those two things are the biggest factors in sway prevention. Next I'd check to make sure the tires and suspension of both the trailer and tow vehicle are in good working order and the tires have plenty of air pressure in them.
A friction sway control really won't curb very much sway if it's as bad as you made it sound. The units like the # 83660 are more designed for reducing sway from high winds and passing semi trucks.
