Front Mount Trailer Hitch for a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD with Tow Hooks

I have a 2001 Chevrolet 250HD with front tow hooks bolted on. I am looking for a front end 2inch receiver that will bolt onto using the hooks pattern. The use will be to park the boat not tow the boat or carry any other product on the truck.

For your 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD, I recommend the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65028. This front mount hitch uses the same mounting bolt holes as the tow hooks like you wanted. The bolts used to hold the tow hooks to the vehicle's frame will be used to install this hitch. However, the access holes in the hitch will need to be enlarged from 1/2" to 9/16" to install. You will not need to drill/enlarge any holes in the vehicle's frame, just the hitch.
