Distance Between Taillight Mounting Hole Dimensions on CE Smith Trailer License Plate Bracket
Question:
Are the light mounting holes in the CE26053 bracket really only 1.5inch apart? The lights I purchased have studs spaced at 2inch and the photos make it look like it fits. The bracket spec says 1.5.

The measurement between the tail light mounting holes of the CE Smith Trailer License Plate Bracket # CE26053A is really 1-1/2 inches, that is correct. There is a good option for you, however with the Optronics License Plate Mounting Bracket # LP15SB which will work with studs that are 2 inches apart, which you can see in the accompanying photo. I've added a link to a video review and install of this bracket for you to take a look at as well.
