Replacement Tire And Wheel Combination For Trailer Tires Size 155/80R13 With 4 On 4 Bolt Pattern

Question:

I am looking for two replacement tire and wheels for my trailer. Currently the trailer has 155/80R13 on 4 lug wheels. I know this is not a common size anymore so I'm looking for other recommendations.

Based on your information, I have a tire and wheel combo that might work for you that is similar to but not the same size as your tires.

The Loadstar ST175/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire with 13 inch White Wheel, Item # AM3S120, is designed for great handling even at high speeds. It has an outer diameter when inflated of 24 inches and a width of 6.6 inches. It has a maximum weight capacity of 1,360-lbs at 50 psi and a top speed of 81 mph.

Your 155/80R13 tires have an outer diameter of 22.8 inches and a width of 6.1 inches so this tire and wheel combo is larger. The Loadstar tire and wheel combo is 1.2 inches bigger in the outer diameter and .5 inches wider. You would need to make sure that you have 3-4 inches of clearance between the wheel and all your trailer components as well as enough weight capacity if you make this change. However, this is not a large size difference and you will more than likely be fine.

I have attached additional information and videos to help you with your trailer project.
