How to Wire a Trailer Brake Controller to a 2007 Chevy Avalanche

I have ordered the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional Code 90885. I have these 4 wire under my dash they are DK BLUE- AUX..... RED/BLACK- BATT..... LT BLUE/WHITE- CHMSL...... WHITE-GND.... can you help me with how these colors attach to the harness with controller. I am aware of how to connect the wires under the hood to the box. this is an 07 chevy avalanche ltz with the factory 7 way and tow package.

I sure can help you out with installing the P2 brake controller # 90885 in your 2007 Chevy Avalanche.

The brake controller white wire will go to the truck white wire for ground
Controller black wire goes to truck red/black wire for power in
Dark blue on the truck goes to controller blue for output to electric trailer brakes
And light blue/white on the truck goes to the red wire on the controller for input from the brake switch

With that and those connections made under the hood you mentioned (if applicable) you will be good to go! I have also linked a help article that covers all of this for reference.
