Fifth Wheel Hitch Adapter Recommendation for Truck with Gooseneck Ball
Question:
I have a 06 F350 King Ranch with the ball that flips down on bed. Is there an attachment that will slip onto this ball to convert to 5th wheel hitch? I currently have adaptor on my 5th wheel that converts to goose neck, but its work to perfectly align onto ball verses the normal 5th wheel biscuit.

The Demco Recon part # DM8550045 is an adapter that attaches to a gooseneck ball and then provides a fifth wheel hitch for you to tow with. Sounds like this is exactly what you are looking for. This has a 21k capacity and is lighter than most fifth wheel hitches at as it comes in at 125 lbs.
