Slider Fifth Wheel Hitch Recommendation for 2017 Chevy Silverado with 5-3/4 Foot Bed

Will this work so I can put fifth will camper with my bed thats only 5 3/4 ft?

Trucks with beds that are shorter than 6 feet require a slider hitch with more travel than the B and W Patriot part # BWRVK3270 that you referenced which has 12 inches of travel.
Instead you'd want the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 13k part # DM8550040 which can slide 22-1/2 inches and can fit standard industry fifth wheel rails.
