Is there a video or instructions showingit being installed on 2002 Ford Ranger 4x4 including any modifications that have to be done ?

We have not yet had the opportunity to install the Curt Front Mount Hitch, # C31063, on a 2002 Ford Ranger so we do not have a video or pictures. We do have a copy of the installation instructions. I have included a link to them for you to view. The only modifications the instructions note is to enlarge some existing holes for the hardware and trimming of front air dam and/or fascia may be required. Also, the skid shield must be removed if present.

We have a front mount, 2 inch receiver that will fit your 1998 Mazda B-Series pickup truck. It is Curt hitch #C31063. The only exceptions are that it will not fit on models with a front cross-member or 2-wheel drive models that were built in Canada.
