The primary difference between the B&W Companion # BWRVK3500 and the BWRVK3300 referenced in your question is how they will actually mount to the truck bed.

The B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3500 is a fantastic hitch that will mount to your truck bed using a vehicle specific B&W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch. For example, if your 2011 Chevy Silverado has an 8 foot bed, you will just need the Gooseneck Installation Rails # BWGNRK1007-5W. The great thing about this system is that it will allow you to have both a fifth wheel and gooseneck hitch. The underbed mounting system will also allow for a clear truck bed when the fifth wheel hitch is removed. It has a 20,000 pound towing capacity and a 5,000 pound vertical load limit. I have attached a short video demonstration on this hitch that you can also take a look at.

If you are able to tell me the model and years of the trucks you will be using, I will be happy to recommend the correct installation hardware/gooseneck hitch for each.

The B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3300 that you also mentioned is actually specifically designed for certain model Ford trucks that have the factory rail kit. The hitch will attach directly to the factory pucks that are on these trucks, so will not be a good option for your multiple vehicles and will not fit your Chevy Silverado.
