Trailer Roof Vent Recommendation for Moving A Lot of Air Even in Rain

Question:

What is the largest CFM 120 v electric roof vent for a trailer that can work 24/7 and is waterproof from rain? I have a trailer that has electronic in it that need to be kept cool. I also need to side vent that will allow air in and have filters to keep dust out.

We have the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # FV802250 which has a larger fan in it that can move 920 CFM. For a cover to help prevent rain getting in we have the part # FVU1500WH which will go over the top of the roof vent when open and allow the vent lid to be open with the fan moving air at all times.

For a side vent we have the part # WHMAV2-WAVT2 but it does not have a filter built into it.
