According to the owner's manual for your 2016 Jeep Wrangler, tire chains are only permitted for use on either 225/75-16 or 235/65-17 tires and must be class S compliant. However, we certainly understand the use of tire chains are required in certain states and scenarios therefore the choice to use them will ultimately be up to you.
When you search tire chains for your vehicle through our fit guide, the tire sizes shown are what was equipped on that vehicle from the manufacturer. For the 245/75-17 tires you have on your Jeep now, the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains w/ Cams - Ladder Pattern part # TC2228SCAM are a confirmed fit but are not class S compliant. For a set of tire chains that will also fit your 245/75-17 tires and are class S compliant, I recommend taking a look at the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains part # TC2321.
I have attached a review video of the recommended tire chains for you as well.
