A rear axle coil spring helper kit like SumoSprings # CSS-1195R, which is a confirmed fit for your 2011 Toyota Sienna 2WD, will not raise your vehicle height to give you more ground clearance, but what it will do is reduce the compression of the rear coil springs when they are under load. This load could be a van full of passengers and/or cargo or one that is towing a trailer whose tongue weight causes sag in the van's rear.

The Sienna (and similarly the Honda Odyssey) are definitely low-stance vehicles that do not provide a tremendous amount of rear ground clearance. Although not a lift kit the SumoSprings # CSS-1195R will reduce the sag effect of passenger, cargo and trailer loads.

This kit installs easily without tools and the nice part is that these springs will not make your unloaded ride super-stiff; they typically do not change the feel of the vehicle's ride unless they are under load, when you need their extra stiffness to help support your van's stock rear suspension.
