Im looking for a recommended fifth wheel hitch for my 2018 ram 2500 with a factory prep package and 64inch bed. What do you recommend? Thanks

For your 2018 Ram 2500 short bed with the factory hitch prep package the best hitch I can recommend is the B and W Companion Slider part # BWRVK3670 which is a direct fit for your truck.
The Companion hitches are considered by most to be the nicest fifth wheel hitches on the market so this will fit your truck and work great. The reason you need a slider hitch and not a stationary hitch is because your truck has a short bed which means you'll need the hitch to be able to slide back for additional clearance.
