2017 Tiffin Allegro Bus Brake Controller Fit Recommendation
Question:
I have a 2017 Allegro Bus but with the PowerGlide Chassis, which is Tiffins in-house chassis. I want to install aTekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller. The wiring for a brake controller was installed during the RV build and wires are bundled below the dash on the left side of the steering wheel. I do not see any Tiffins listed on your vehicleinch menu so I thought ai would ask if the P3 will work ok with this RV and if there would be any special wiring that would have to be done. Thanks,

You certainly can install the Prodigy P3 part # 90195 in your 2017 Allegro Bus that has the brake controller wiring bundled under the dash, but we don't have any pre-made wiring options that will attach directly to it.
You'd need to hardwire the controller to your vehicle's wiring which would be pretty easy. The white wire of the controller is for the ground.
The blue for the brake output.
Red for stoplight switch (power only when brakes are on).
Black for 12 volt power for powering the controller.
