Front Suspension Enhancement Options for a 2016 Jeep Wrangler
Question:
I have a 2016 2 door Jeep Wrangler with 2inch lift spacer all around. I installed a plow and want to eliminate the front end droop. Do you suggest air bags or Timbrens? If I use Timbrens should I use 2 1inch spacers? If I need 2 1inch spacers what length bolt will I need?

In order to prevent front end sag on your 2016 Jeep Wrangler with a snow plow attached, I recommend using the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System part # TJFTJ. Unfortunately, we do not have any airbag kits compatible on the front of your Jeep at this time. As long as you have the 4 wheel drive model then the above kit will work for you. If you have a 2 wheel drive model then unfortunately we really don't have anything that is going to work well.
If you are referring to a body lift spacer then you will not need to install spacers with the Timbren system but if you have any sort of suspension lift kit then you will need to use increments of the part # A25723-90AH00 (1") and part # TA25722-90P00 (1/2") until there is 1/2" to 1" of space between the bottom of the timbren spring to the top of the contact point or axle.
The bolt used to attach the bump stop to the upper mounting cup is 1.5" long therefore, if the Timbren spacers are installed you would need to match the added lift to your new bolt length. For example, if you installed one 1" spacer and one 1/2" spacer then the new bolt you would need is a 3" long M10 bolt which can be acquired at most local hardware stores.
