Recommended Converters to Combine or Separate Brake Light Function from Turn Signal Function
Question:
When I put a rv plug on the back of a 98 HR the blinkers work but the brake lights are on a separate wire because the blinkers and brake light bulbs are not the same ones. Where do I connect the brake light wire on the motor home

To convert your separate brake light wiring on your RV to the combined signal needed for your RV trailer connector plug, I recommend the Roadmaster Brite-Lite Wiring Converter # RM-732. This will combine your turn and stop on the left and right sides to make it compatible with trailer connectors on the vehicle side of the connection.
If I misunderstood and your tow dolly needs the wires separated for separate brake and turn, then you will want the Vehicle to Vehicle Tail Light Converter # 118158 on the trailer side of the connection.
