Troubleshooting Trailer Not Level after Using Self Leveling Unit
Question:
I just purchased a 2018 Forrest river 336tsik with the 6 point auto leveling package and the trailer is definitely not level from front to back and side to side. Is there a way to reset this? Is it possible to level the unit them set the reset the auto levelling to recognize the new location of the trailer being level? I love how the unit works but with the trailer out of level kind of defeats the purpose. The unit is 3/8 inch out of level in two feet or 3/16inch per foot from front to back 3/16inch X 33ft = 8+inch out of level front to back. And 5/16inch in two feet from side to side or just over an inch and a quarter. The front drivers side is way low compared to the rest of the trailer. Please leery me know the best way to correct this. Thank you.

On your 2018 Forest River 336tsik, the auto leveling package needs to be recalibrated. To reset the Zero Point:
To Set the Zero Point
Note: The following procedure works from Standard Mode only. (See "Standard Mode and Menu" to reach standard mode.)
1. Press the “CONNECTED” icon at the top of the leveling screen quickly 6 times. Wait a few
seconds until the gear icon with "OPTIONS" appears.
2. Press the gear icon with "OPTIONS".
3. The screen will show "SET UP: Zero Mode Press Enter".
4. Press the “Enter button”.
5. The touch panel will present options for further leveling of the trailer if needed. The screen will also state "ZERO POINT CALIBRATION - Press Enter to Set".
6. Press "ENTER".
7. Screen will show "Zero Point Stability Check ... Please Wait", followed by "Zero Point Set".
