All of the 2015 Honda Pilot models come with a 2 inch Class III trailer hitch receiver. For your wiring, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way Trailer Connector # 118265. This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your Honda Pilot's factory tow package wiring harness. The connection point for the 7-way harness is located behind the rear bumper. The converter plugs into the factory wiring harness in your cargo area, on the driver's side. Once you've plugged in the connector, insert the included fuses into your fuse panel as indicated in the instructions. I've attached a video to assist as well.
If you want to add a brake controller (which is only needed for trailers with electric brakes), I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195. This is an easy to understand and simple to use controller with LCD screen and great preset options to choose from. If you have the plug under your dash, I recommend the wiring harness # 3070-P. If you don't have that harness, then you will need the hardwiring kit # 5506.
For a ball mount, I recommend the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 5" Drop, 5-1/2" Rise - 10K - Black # BWTS10037B. This will give you an adjustable mount to tow multiple trailers level. It also has two integrated hitch balls to fit a 2 inch coupler or a 2-5/16 inch coupler. This ball mount has a really nice and clean looking stow away option that will protect your shins when not in use. I recommend using a hitch lock like # e98882 to protect your investment.
This combination will give you everything you need to tow a variety of different trailers with your Pilot. Let me know if you have more questions.
