From the information I was able to obtain, the 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited does not require a transmission lube pump to be flat-towed. You will still need to check your owners manual or with your Jeep dealer on flat towing the vehicle. Some vehicles require an axle disconnect, drive line disconnect, or free wheeling hubs in order to be flat towed.

To complete your towing setup, you will also need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, wiring or lighting, and a supplemental braking system to complete your towing flat-towing setup.

The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit, part # BX1126, would be a good option for your vehicle. Then for a tow bar, you could use Blue Ox Adventurer Tow Bar, part # BX7322. The Tow Ready tow bar you referenced is rated for towing speeds below 45 miles per hour only.

For safety cables, you will need the Roadmaster 64 Inch Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables, part # RM-643. Safety cables will keep your Jeep Wrangler attached to your motor home if your tow bar were to disconnect from the hitch ball.

For lighting solution, you could use the Magnetic Towing Light Kit, part # RM-2120. If you are going to be towing your Jeep often, I would recommend the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit, part # RM-154 as it would just plug into your vehicle each time you tow.

Most states require that you use a supplemental brake system when flat-towing a vehicle. I would recommend Roadmaster Portable Braking System, part # RM-9400, which will help reduce wear your motor home brakes and help you slow down.

I have linked a page that will have many FAQ articles on flat towing that you may find as a good reference.
