Yes, you can use trailer wiring harness # 118746 with the LED tail lights on your 2017 Mazda CX-5. This wiring harness is compatible with all styles of the 2017 CX-5! This is a powered wiring harness meaning that it gets power for the trailer lights from the vehicle battery. The connection to the tail lights just tells the harness what to do.
