No, adding the Dexter Trailer Springs Over/Under Kit, # K71-384-00, will not impact the weight capacity of your trailer.
If your axle is rated at, as an example, 3,500 lbs, then the axle will still be rated for that amount with the over/under kit installed.
This kit will only impact the height and ground clearance of the trailer.
