For your 2008 Honda CR-V, I recommend the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BX2246 which will work seamlessly with the Blue Ox Avail Towbar # BX7420 you referenced. This connection only requires 2 pins to attach or disconnect.
