Parts Needed for Hydraulic Disc Brakes on 7,000 lbs Dexter Axle

I am replacing electric drums with Hyd. disc on a dual axle trailer. Axles are Dexter 7000 lbs. do not know spindle # Serial # on one is Dexter # 128806502. Please check these part #s to see if I have got this right 2ea. of K2HR712 Disc Kit 4ea. of BK3-200 Bearings 1ea. of HBA-16 Actuator 1ea. of 18TA-BLKIT Hose 1ea. of 90195 Controller Already have Breakaway SW. and Battery. I need four 4 dust covers for outer bearing, nut and cotter pin area. Please advise. Thanks
