I have a rv the tire is a 10 bolt F550 wheel Do I need to buy something additional to mount the tire on the Curt Trailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier Item # C31006

The Curt Trailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # C31006 referenced in your question is a universal spare tire carrier and will work with your 10 bolt wheel. When mounting the wheel onto the carrier, you will just need to line up two of the bottom holes and one on the top and secure them onto the carrier plate with your bolts and nuts. You can use the same size nuts and bolts that you use for the wheel when mounted to your RV.
The carrier is compatible with 2 inch trailer hitch receivers and features a durable, black powder coat finish that will do a great job of resisting rust and corrosion. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
