Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier Recommendation for Land Cruiser

Hello, I need some help selecting a spare tire carrier mount. I am looking for something that looks like the one you have, with code MT70214 , but I dont think that particular model may work. I need to mount this on a vertical post that is mounted to a standard hitch. The weight of the tire and wheel is about 80LB. The wheel has 6 lug bolt holes, about 6inch apart from each other, or about 3inch from the center. Its for a 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser.

Sounds like you are looking for something like the Curt part # C31006 that will basically give you exactly what you are looking for and not require any fabrication. This spare carrier is already mounted to a vertical tube which then attaches to a horizontal tube that inserts in to a trailer hitch.

Check out the review video I attached for more info. This is also compatible with your 6 lug bolt pattern as well.
