Thanks for sending me the picture of what you need. Based on that you need the part # 853-7887 for the cradle, part # 853-7758 for the stay put cradle and part # 852-3006-001 for the strap.

I spoke with my contact at Thule and the cradles like in the picture you have provided are no longer available. However, the T3 cradles, #853-5829, and strap, #753-3535, will fit in place of the original cradles.
