Yes the SilentACT Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock for Thule Bike Racks - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches part # SHP2083 will work well with the Thule Camber 4 Bike Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting - Steel part # TH9056. This particular SilentACT hitch lock is designed to match the threaded shank of the Thule bike racks. This lock will work with 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" (Class I and Class II) and 2" x 2" Thule bike racks and accessories.
