A regular cab truck is one that has no back seat at all. Basically it's just two doors and nothing behind the front seats. I attached a picture of what a regular cab Ram like your 2014 Ram 1500 would look like.

If you don't have a regular cab the part # TDR1500DQ is a confirmed fit and will work well.

If instead you do have a regular cab the part # TDR1500DS is what you would need then.
