I can absolutely help with the rear sag issue you are experiencing. I recommend adding the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TDR1500DS. This simply changes out your factory jounce springs (bump stops) and will sit above the rear axle to help stabilize and level your Ram. They become more rigid as weight is added so they act as shock absorbers an then as load support as needed. This not only will help level your truck and keep it at factory height, but it will also assist with stability keeping the back of your truck from body roll or bottoming out.

These jounce springs are easy to install and require no maintenance. I've attached some videos and installation instructions to assist.
