Which Timbren Kit for 2016 Ram 1500 will Provide Best Ride Quality
Question:
I have a leveled 2016 RAM 1500 Crew Cab 4x4 short bed. When I tow my 24 flat bed trailer with tractor small front loader/backhoe the truck squats terribly. My estimated tongue weight is in the 500-600lb range. Would I be good with the TDR1500DS or should I choose the TDR1500DQ? Can I also assume the lighter weight of the DS would provide a little smoother ride that the DQ, correct?

The lighter duty Timbren kit for your 2016 Ram 1500 part # TDR1500DS is the way to go. It gives you the support you are wanting but since it's not as high capacity as the other kits the ride quality will be smoother.
