I was able to track down an owner's manual for your 2015 Keystone Montana High Country. Although it does not specifically list the lug nut part number, it does state that the wheel bolts are 1/2" and that you use a 7/8" socket in your torque wrench to tighten the lug nuts. So, the Americana Stainless Steel Lug nut, # AM90070, that you mentioned will work.
I recommend that you install your lug nuts in 3 stages. First, you want to start with your torque wrench at a low ft/lb setting and apply torque to the all lug nuts following a star pattern. Then, you will increase the ft/lb slightly and follow the star pattern again. Finally, you increase the torque to your final ft/lb setting and follow the star pattern a third time. I know this seems tedious, but it really does ensure that you get your wheel installed properly. Then, I recommend that you retorque after 10, 25 and 50 miles. After that, you only need to check the torque after each trip. If you don't keep a spare torque wrench in your trailer, we offer a Powerbuilt Torque Wrench, part # ALL944001.
