We don't have the ramp itself but we have some parts that may work for you. We have hinges, like # SH300, for the ramp. I've linked our complete selection for you.

The Ramp Door Hinge #PLR1902 does require welding of both portions. The tab gets welded as you stated to one side and the outside cylinders get welded to the opposite side. I've attached a couple pictures to assist.
