The Hopkins Backup Sensor System - Audible Alert - License Bracket Mount part # HM60100VA is designed to be mounted on the rear of the vehicle. It can be physically mounted to the front of your 2007 Chevrolet Suburban, however, the installation instructions are for the rear of the vehicle and will need to be adjusted by the installer to install on the front of the vehicle.
The Hopkins Backup Sensor System will come with a set of instructions included in the kit. I have also included an installation video of this kit on a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse for you.
